Development coaching for senior executives – personalised to their  situation and needs

We only agree to work with a client when there is a sense of good connection and a joint agreement on the purpose of the development coaching – the approach that will have the best chance of working.

 

This personalised approach involves an initial conversation on the purpose, strategy, and culture of the business the client is leading, what is involved in their leadership role/position and what we call a ‘Me’ conversation (including – self-awareness, hopes and fears, relationships, family, life goals, health and wellbeing).

 

Then we will work with our client to help design their own approach.


Some of our clients build their own personal playbook others have created a simple structure that involves – an Executive Coach, a Mentor, an Outside In learning schedule and some deeper spiritual work such as transcendental meditation. All our assignments are unique.


Mark Watson brings wisdom, depth and breadth of experience, empathy for C-Suite leaders and a unique open-minded presence.

Mark is a scientist by education, an experienced CEO and business leader in his own right and a creative entrepreneur.


He has coached over 25 high profile CEOs and many more executive leaders around the world since the mid-nineties. His interest in health and wellbeing remains strong – he is a member of The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, a Fellow of the RSA, a Hoffman Process Graduate and Chair of Governors at his local school. He is an advocate of transcendental meditation and a twice daily meditator since 2012.
